      It had potential with the previous VP.

      Cons

      The new VP is a visionary. Like a meth head is just over medicated. Do not attempt to work here as a supervisor. No communication other than being berated on a daily basis.

      Private company, close to home, good benefits, good work culture, and fantastic flexibility. I have a future here and good support. I hope to retire from here

      I wear a lot of hats, so it can be stressful when it gets busy. Lacking a good 401k, and vacation time could be better

      Clean shop and they invest in the latest tech.

      Cons

      No Christmas bonus. No profit sharing to speak of. Total lack of appreciation for what we do on the shop floor.
