Don't believe the 1 stars - Anonymous employee Modus Workspace Employee Review

Not sure where some of these reviews are coming from as some of their job titles are non-existent in Modus and are only present at the Group level. Also, I am not aware of anyone recently going to Maris so I suspect it is the same vindictive person and the claim the company is in financial difficulty is not correct. My experience within Modus has largely been positive. You receive exposure to a vast array of projects and if you work hard you will be recognisedby your efforts in the form of promotions, commissions and pay increases. You also given a lot of autonomy and micro management is minimal. As part of a larger group there are lots of social occasions giving opportunities to build relationships with other people with the group. They have also partnered with a specialist mental health charity for construction workers and have an onsite person that you can talk to. Recently they have been focusing on more perks to the staff members.
