Pros
If there was any, I didn't find them...
Cons
Poor management, empty promises, and deeply flawed systems, all from a company that claims to care but clearly doesn’t. They’re drowning in work yet running things like a mum-and-dad operation. Archaic software, made-up processes, and shockingly bad communication (if any at all). They keep hiring and firing people, convinced the staff are the problem, when it’s clearly the management and their broken systems. I was let go five and a half months into a six-month probation. Sounds more like a them issue than a me issue. Surely, they knew I wasn’t a fit long before then. On Monday, they were trying to get me out of jury duty because I was “indispensable.” By Thursday, I was fired. Weird. Apparently, I wasn’t meeting KPIs, though, interestingly, no one was, thanks to the crushing workload and useless systems. Or maybe there was another reason… who knows. Oh, and they let me go on R U OK? Day. I’m sure the irony was lost on them. Save your sanity, your time, and your self-respect, and just don’t.
