Pros
This is truly a great company to work for. Many in the organization feel fortunate for the opportunity to work here. Pros - staff (truly a solid group of coworkers), work-life balance, they treat employees respectfully, transparent and summer work hours.
Cons
No company is perfect. The hiring of a few directors/VP seems like overkill. They need to keep this organization as flat as possible.
