Highest staff turnaround I’ve ever seen - Multi Skilled Operative Modular Automation Employee Review

Extremely disorganised with hundreds of sub-contracted parts scattered on pallets in work area. No QC to check sub contacted parts and dimensions, general bodging in assembly of non conforming parts. No crane to manipulate heavy frames. Each machine build technician is burdened with a laptop to guess on the assembly of machines with poor guidance from superiors who are meant to be seasoned skilled tradesman. Frustration like I’ve never seen amongst coworkers. Dangerous procedures that I pointed out only to be fired before Christmas. THIS place by far has the highest staff turnaround I’ve seen.
