- Nearly impossible to get fired - Work outside

- Long hours, absolutely terrible pay (Work in all weather conditions, no danger pay, no weather pay, no bonuses) - Lots of favoritism! Not all depots are like this, but the larger ones are for sure. - Complaints are not taken seriously. Several sexual harassment complaints were filed against an employee, and those who filed the complaints were told its their fault. The other employee was then used as a face for the company. - Unnecessary amounts of drama. People start rumours and talk behind each others backs constantly. Its like being back in high school. - Archaic methodologies. As a woman in construction, Ive had a hard time being taken seriously. Ive continually had to prove myself at this job. When I first started, one of the managers told me girls can't do fence. Higher ups in the company view women as liabilities, not positibe additions to the work place. - Unless you know someone, youre likely not going to grow in your career here at all - Your pay won't grow either. People cannot live off the amount they pay employees. - Youre often asked to work illegal hours, or perform unsafe acts of work. - Company loves to put on "Wellness Days", etc. But its all done for publicity and marketing.
