They are always working so you can always get answers. They believe in a work life balance so they always want you to take time off when needed.

Sometimes in a small company you are wearing every hat. Sometimes you are stretched thin.
Literally zero. I'm pretty sure these people are insane.

I couldn't handle working for more than 3 months bc of how insane the owners are. Everyone is super cut throat in the company and they lie about lead times to get you to sell stuff that came even be made in time. Crazy how the CEO is now the owners wife.
