Will hire without a lot of experience, and you can get decent training on the ins-and-outs of technical recruiting

Their comp structure was terrible when I was there. They promise unlimited income potential, but that really only works if you have access to unlimited candidates and unlimited hours in the day. As a recruiter, you will likely top out at $70k. The real big dollars only go to sales reps working on keystone accounts
