Pros
Interesting line of work and tech, fantastic benefits, great office culture, clear plan and vision and opportunities for growth within the company. Managers and people in general care for one and another without being too "we're a family" like some other companies are.
Cons
Rapid growth has led to some growing pains, lots of interviews and onboardings that have haphazard processes but starting to improve.
