Salary on time means between 1 to 5. Sufficient lectures to complete syllabus.

When I first joined Modi School in 2023-24, the work environment was positive and supportive. It felt like a great place to work, where everyone was valued as part of a team. However, over time, things have changed. Now, after a year in march 2025 when Allen and many other institutions fired their employees, Modi school received numerous CV and references and the situation is no longer the same. The school has started firing employees without solid reasons, seemingly to cut costs. Not only that, but those who are still working are experiencing unnecessary salary deductions in name of leaves. School has asked 2-3 senior faculties to reduce their salary. Management is making time table in this way that faculties have to work from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM knowingly. Unnecessary doubt session and frequent travelling between 2 to 3 centers is a pain and tiring for the faculty. The whole environment is negative now. This negativity is spreading among all faculties which will lead to compromises of education quality. We came here to teach students from far away locations and behaviour of management toward faculties are pathetic now a days.

Fair pay with lot of holidays around the year.

High Work pressure environment. You might have to face politics if want to climb up the ladder.
