You can request vacation whenever needed and is available in scheduling and there are ample other agents willing to cover, pick up, or trade hours with you when you have scheduling issues or unexpected occurrences that arise. Staff cares about their employees more than most large companies and does their best to always take care of their employees and keep relations close although our work is performed over chat, phone, and internet mostly.
Cons
No longer able to make your own weekly schedule, now a scheduler has been hired to create your schedule based off of your availability listed. Quarterly meetings have been changed to bi-monthly meetings held in Austin, Tx so travel is almost certainly necessary to avoid further absences for missing meetings at least once every 2-4 months. Rules and guidelines change so it is a must to be flexible and attentive to cooperating in the events of the changes being made and always checking your email for updates on changes going into effect.
