Pros
Fun, competitive, family oriented work environment with an open office concept who encourages a healthy work life balance. We work hard, but it pays dividends. I have never had to worry about not getting paid or not receiving my bonuses. I've never had to worry about not being able to pay my sub contractors. We had a transfer of upper management in 2019 and since I have always had the support and confidence in upper management if/when needed to help guide me or problem solve when needed. They are honest and always choose to do the right thing for the customer and us as employees.
Cons
Although it is fun and creates a cool space, the open concept office is an adjustment for most who are used to closed door offices.
