      Time off from work. No other plus

      I have concerns about the management style here. It seems like there is some favoritism going on, which can be demoralizing for those who feel left out. Additionally, I have witnessed some questionable behavior from certain shift managers that may not align with company values.

      Pros

      I worked at Modern for 10 years directly with the President & VP of the company. It was an amazing place to work, learn and grow. The work was challenging and interesting. Friendly work environment. The employees were all great and always willing to help each other. The compensation was great and you were always rewarded for your hard work.

      Could improve communication between departments.
