Great company glad i was there

Nothing I enjoyed my time

-Allowed to take service truck home -Fair wages/compensation package for dealer level mechanic

-lied to by management, hostile work environment, and problem managers protect one another. -Cannot handle problems with your manager like a normal person. If you have a problem, you’re told, “it’s just your perspective,” management has professional certifications in gaslighting. You must get HR involved for the smallest infraction to protect yourself. -Don’t have dealer tooling and are expected to, “make it work,” to complete jobs.
