Pros

I can't find one. All you can think is "When are they closing this place down?"

Cons

Where do I begins? This place lacks training skills for their employees. This place doesn't seem to know much about the business, they don't know simple tasks and they won't train you correctly. They'll pass along the work to the next unqualified person, which are a lot of people.. CEO (work on your software!), COO, and managers are super lazy. This passes on to their employees. All they do is complain, this is a non-stop everyday kind of thing (makes a horrible place to work). People like this should not be working here. The reason might be that the company is a struggling one. Not sure how they are still in business.

Pros

Good place to learn about the e commerce business. Very flexible work hours.

Cons

No real technical training. Expect you to complete a project on your own without much help.

Pros

Everyone is nice, the CEO is actually a great guy, and very easy place to work but....

Cons

Be aware that majority of the people in the office are friends of the manager because the manager hired them. So it makes senses why they're still there working, just like any other working environment there's rule and dress code and language behavior, well here there's none. People say what they want and dress how they like too, even when clearly its very inappropriate, again the same person who's the manager and the HR let this happen because its their friends. Oh yeah forgot to mention that two managers are in a relationship which i believe it's okay as long as you keep it out of the office, but in this case it was not. It was obvious. Now the manager i had was nice and respectful, but I think the company gave this person a full plate in their hands and it was to much for that person to handle, the manager doesn't have good managing skill, neither how to manage their employees.
