      Pros

      When in the office it was stocked with soda and beer.

      Cons

      No sales team means no real new business. Laid off many people while staying heavily staffed in upper management. Unlimited PTO that the CEO doesn’t like so he asks people to work through their time off. Very little communication about the business despite lip service to the contrary.

      Pros

      Modern Climate has a positive work environment with great employees and clients who help define our fun and collaborative atmosphere. Our "Recess" committee has been developed to increase morale and comaraderie with our team. Perks like a free monthly lunch and daily snacks and beverages are a big hit. Our leaders are dedicated to help our employees succeed ultimately resulting in a positive employee/client experience.
