      Gaining experience in a totally different environment, Dealing with different minds & way of thinking. GCC experience gained & learning as well other way of communications (Urdu Language Learning).

      Cons

      No work to life balance, No oppertuninty for improvment or training.Worst way of communication ups & downs the heraricy.
