The employees cared for each other and were fun to get along with

The Private Equity owners didn't know how to operate the business. Lots of brining in other part of the private equity portfolio only to charge a ton. Felt like the PE saw modere as a sinking ship so they took as much funds out of it and moved the funds into other parts of their portfolio.
