Pros
It's not a hard job. There's decent opportunity for advancement. The discount is okay, I've had better employee discounts at previous employers.
Cons
Retail sucks. Modell's is constantly changing their pricing, and they have a Kohl's-like attitude about returns. The associate uniform is ugly and stupid. Mo's thinks its professional looking, but it's just nerdy, and not at all athletic. Unrealistic goals are constantly set for store management by upper management, making the job frustrating.
