-Good entry level management position -Day-to-day operations are fairly simple -Good place to work for a sports fan -Merchandise setup is very flexible - Sales floor is fairly easy to keep up
Cons
- Managers Salaries are not competitive at all - Little room for advancement -6 day work weeks and double shifts are commonplace with no comp time offered - Raises are nonexistent - Poor training for managers and staff Standard Retail: Low employee wages High turnover rate
