      Weekly pay. Meet a lot of friendly coworkers( depending on where you work.) Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Some managers suck. Have to pay stupid Union fees and dues( NOT WORTH IT.) You make approximately $6.50 an hour after taxes and union fees.
