The leadership team is fantastic and they allow you to make a substantial impact from day 1. The company not only allows, but encourages you to take full ownership of any project. It's easy to get pigeon-holed by your skillset at a larger company, but at ModelOp, I have been encouraged to wear many hats. I have learned more in the first three months at ModelOp than the last 3 years of my career.

Growing pains of a startup can make things seem disorganized, but as long as you stay organized and acknowledge that the experience is different from a larger company, there are rarely issues.

They haven't partnered with another company yet which is a pro for a potential acquirer.

Where to start; management, product, overall toxic culture. Early stage companies run like this tend to have high employee churn and low client retention; check, check.
