Positive upbeat work environment. Team environment. Management is supportive and encouraging. Management invests in employees and goes over and beyond to see you succeed both in the office and outside of the office as well. Office is modern and clean. Management and Team are great at communicating. Management listens to your ideas and gives you opportunity to implement and run with them. Management constantly looks to help you work in your highest and best. Such a supportive and empowering environment. It's hard to find a company like this anymore. 5 starts for me!
