Pros

Workload is less. Physical environment is good.

Cons

It's a waste of time. You can utilize your time elsewhere. Management is crafty and recruits people at higher packages to get accreditations and approvals but don't think twice about letting them go once their object is achieved. Ineffective leadership, dummy HR and no opportunity for growth. Leaves are a big issue. They have sacked people for asking for leaves to tend to their sick children. They object to you moving around the campus and even going to cafeteria. Located in a village so far off from the main city. Make most Saturdays working on some pretext. Deduct one month salary as security. Always conducting interviews so they are on lookouts for cheaper replacements even while you are there. No stability, no security. And they don't even pay that well. Dead-end place. You have to make lesson plans like you are in school. You will not find any intel motivation here just some empty sessions about how you should be selfish. Well, they definitely are. Avoid.

Pros

You get one moth summer vacation but you will get full salary only if you complete one year.

Cons

My experience at the Model Institute of Engineering and Technology has been challenging. While the institute has potential, there are several areas that need improvement. Firstly, the presence of office politics, particularly instigated by the Management, has created a toxic work environment. Decisions seem to be influenced by personal agendas rather than the best interests of the institute. Secondly, the leadership provided by the director leaves much to be desired. There is a lack of clear direction and effective communication, which has a ripple effect on morale and productivity. Additionally, the HoD's of department seems to be more of messengers than leaders, which hampers the department's efficiency and effectiveness.
