      Strong team environment Excellent technology to work with

      Lack of backup in the admin dept. Vacations often left with much of the work to be completed upon return.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Get every other Friday off. Constant opportunities to learn a lot in the IT field.

      Cons

      Some people can’t handle not being spoon fed because it does require a lot of figuring out new problems.

      - The hiring process was simple and quick

      Cons

      - Toxic workplace environment - Management is insulated and does not care about the concerns of employees - Low pay compared to competition - Clearly a profit driven company that will gladly treat their employees as commodities while spewing their nonsense “corporate values”
