Upper management provide no support to middle and lower management, rude, lack innovation, micromanage team members, are highly inflexible, and have no general business direction. Head of HR is unapproachable, incredibly rude and condescending, has no concern for staff wellbeing and talks about staff members in the most inappropriate manner.
