      Pros

      No Micro managing. Very up to date on systems and operations. Fun company to work for. Never felt any stress. Upper Management is good.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they went decided to pull out of the Canadian market, but they are a growing company in the U.S.

      Pros

      The company itself is small. Everyone knows each other. Feels like you are family. If you’re doing well, you can make money. Great family work life balance.

      Cons

      Small company. Not a lot of room for growth. They only look at numbers. Not the market. Managers that have been there take advantage. Everyone suffers.
