The courses are just a bunch of YouTube videos slapped together and sold to unwitting customers for thousands of dollars per user. The non video content is low quality or flat out wrong but the team never fixes the curriculum issues that coaches report. The website is buggy and coaches get complaints from students all the time but nothing has improved. The hiring process for coaches is a joke and anyone with a pulse can be hired. Some fellow coaches are very smart and knowledgeable while others are unqualified to teach the curriculum even though customers are told all coaches are "industry experts". Most students are completely disengaged in their course and don't learn anything from the random YouTube videos. The grading instructions provided to coaches basically mean everybody passes every assignment so it looks like students are learning the material when they really aren't.
