      Pros

      Great town house, great location for office.

      Cons

      Incredibly stressful environment, lots of people coming and going rapidly, Moda seem to constantly have an ad up on LinkedIn looking for staff, big red warning sign, huge targets for the personal shopping team in particular, very poor leadership. New CEO from Tesla, perhaps he will change the business model which is clearly not working.

      I honesty can't even think of one.

      Cons

      Pay does not match responsibilities. The only way you get promoted is if someone leaves, which means no pay raise. No room for growth.
