      -Work life Balance -Growth opportunities -Great insurance/benefits -Great team morale -Amazing leadership -Opportunities to continue education -I love the company picnic! -The holiday luncheon at the Moda Center under the jumbotron!! -Raffles for events at the Moda Center -Remote work opportunities -A great training team -There are soo many pro's working here!!

      Cons

      No company is perfect and each has their own particular flaws. I know Moda Health actively works to consistently work on improving themselves.

      Pros

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.

      a better 401k plan would be good with quicker vesting
