Pros
I think that the team you work with and your supervisor are often there to help you succeed and you are not micromanaged in any way which is a plus. Flexible work schedule during a majority of the year. Management is interested in your professional growth and is willing to help you get to where you want. Lots of internal promotion possibilities.
Cons
A lot of required extra time during the end and beginning of the calendar year. More geared toward early schedules. Cannot work past 5:30 as an hourly employee.
