Thank you for sharing your experiences. We're glad to hear that you have taken advantages of internal opportunities. Our goal is to retain top talent and reward hardworking and dedicated employees with promotional opportunities when possible. We also appreciate the feedback on benefits. We do believe an initial probationary period is a great opportunity for employees to ensure that they are a match as well as for Moda to ensure the skill to job match is successful. Because of this our benefits do have a short waiting period. But we promise it is worth the wait. Employee feedback like this helps us advance our mission to be better, every day. Thanks again!
Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability.
Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.
Cons
The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
