      Pros

      Fast pace and always something to do here. There are a variety of jobs and ways to move within the company. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Not enough training here. Trainers aren't willing to help or answer questions and you get set up for failure. This along with poor management that looks the other way when there are issues or harassment make for a hostile work environment!

      Pros

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.

      work life balance, stable environment, pay is decent for skilled roles

      a better 401k plan would be good with quicker vesting
