      The Local staff and some GMs and RDOs

      The CEO, the corporate staff, the lackluster management , horrible communication, the way the CEO treats staff by degrading them in public, the CEOs consistent and constant changes that negatively hurts everyone below her without taking any responsibility or accountability. ALL the breakdowns that never get fixed correctly

      Pay is decent! The people you work along side are great.

      Cons

      Owner is the biggest micro-manager I've ever met. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this company. Otherwise you'll end up on medication. No boundaries by the owner regarding phone calls and text messages all hours of the day and weekends. Anger issues with slamming computers, throwing chairs, or yelling and belittling you.
