At Modop you will always find challenges, there's always room to improve and learn new things as part of the engineering team. The overall environment and workplace is very relaxed and with a very diverse group of people.

In terms of engineering work is kind of not fully respected since most of the company is not tech wise. Additionally there are noticeable management issues across the boards, too many people give orders/opinions where almost nobody wants to lead.
