Pros

Marketing materials are very nice and vague enough that those passing by won't realize your mistake.

Cons

The only people falling for this company are those who don't know better or are brand new to money management. The people who work here or as franchise strategists are just like any other pyramid scheme snake oil salesman. They will teach you to "help" people by scaring them so much about taxes that they pour their money into junk products. Whether you want to be in the financial services industry or you just want to learn about growing your money, ModFinancial is NOT a good opportunity. Run.

Pros

A lesson in the types of men and women to avoid

Cons

These people are predators. The men and women here prey on people who don't have a lick of financial literacy. If you want to make money with Mod Financial you have to do it by making commission by recruiting your family and friends to "invest" tens of thousands in universal life insurance policies that they disguise with the name "Private Reserve Account" or PRA. It smells like a Ponzi or pyramid scheme and you will find those exact people working there as well.
