      - The team is really friendly, and HR has stablished great process and strategies to make sure we feel integrated even tho we are fully remote - Fully remote position - Open to change and test new tools - Supportive of team activities

      - Long days - Different work and communication styles can be difficult to manage - Tasks with short turnaround

      I work at Moburst and I can confidently say it’s a great place to be. I regularly work with different departments on client projects, and everyone is supportive, efficient, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. One of the standout features of Moburst is its investment in AI tools and resources – the integration of AI has noticeably increased efficiency for us. It’s great to work at a company that encourages employees to leverage AI. The executive team is approachable and genuinely cares about the company’s culture and success. I would recommend working here. It’s a fantastic place to grow professionally, collaborate with talented people, and be part of a forward-thinking company culture.

      Like any agency, this is a fast-paced environment with high client standards that teams are expected to meet.
