      Pros

      Moburst is a fabulous place for juniors to start their career: a great and warm environment, professional training from scratch, ongoing learning and education, and a generous vacation policy.

      Cons

      For better or for worse, it changes very fast. One day you're in; the next day, and out of the blue sky, you can find yourself out.

      I work at Moburst and I can confidently say it’s a great place to be. I regularly work with different departments on client projects, and everyone is supportive, efficient, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. One of the standout features of Moburst is its investment in AI tools and resources – the integration of AI has noticeably increased efficiency for us. It’s great to work at a company that encourages employees to leverage AI. The executive team is approachable and genuinely cares about the company’s culture and success. I would recommend working here. It’s a fantastic place to grow professionally, collaborate with talented people, and be part of a forward-thinking company culture.

      Like any agency, this is a fast-paced environment with high client standards that teams are expected to meet.
