Pros

- Some great benefits - Really amazing talent - Great projects - Project managers are great and work hard - Unlimited PTO (if you can get away from a project long enough) - Remote work (some people just suck at it, though)

Cons

- Terrible management - Culture is lacking - Ideas and suggestions are not listened to in the slightest - Recent upper management promotions have been laughable or wrong moves (and it shows). - That really amazing talent that I mentioned does not get the recognition it deserves. - Project managers are pushed beyond limits with 50-70+ hour work weeks - People are let go without warning or project considerations - Possible financial issues with a lack of incoming contracts - I don't know of anyone that has gotten a raise within 3 or 4 years - Company seems off the rails 80% of the time or flying by the seat of their pants.

Mobomo Response

We appreciate your feedback and concerns. Last year Mobomo had its most profitable year in company history by focusing on lean business practices and client specific needs, and we have already hit our sales growth goals for 2018. Growth is hard and we had to make difficult decisions in our staffing model. Additionally, Mobomo's initiative to deploy a company-wide system of recorded and measurable accountability for engineers and management is soon to be completed. We wish you the best in future endeavors.

Pros

The team is collaborative and smart, with solid and challenging work in federal digital services. The work environment is flexible and remote-friendly, with leadership that is approachable and open to new ideas.

Cons

The recent federal government atmosphere has made contract cycles less predictable.
