Career development is readily available and managers are fully behind internal progression. I have been well supported with new challenges and training as part of my role and feel there is a clear development path for my career as well as personal growth. Fantastic company culture! We are often taking part in company nights out and events within the modern office space.

Being a small but fast-growing business there is very much an “all hands-on deck” attitude. This is great for teamwork and gives you an opportunity to gain lots of varied experience however can sometimes mean the workload is very high. That being said managers are willing to listen and will help out or spread the workload where they can.
