Pros
Nice place to work if want to drive project single handedly. Lot to learn for freshers.
Cons
Not a good place to work for experienced. Every year or every couple of years they fire people. Risk is more if you are getting paid more. No processes set. No work from home. All the authorities are held by single person. So, no freedom to employees to make decisions.
