Pros
After almost 6 months of gap I was ready to join a good company and excel professionally. That's when Mobisoft Infotech happened, and I am glad it did. The company, when I joined, was gearing up to explore digital marketing and they were building up a team. I joined them as a content writer and saw the team building up. My immediate boss, the Head of Digital Marketing, was helpful and was with a clear vision what he sought. He ensured that the team functions well and maintain the togetherness throughout. I got a chance to learn a lot of things. The best thing that I liked is their focus on quality over quantity. The trust and helpfulness guided me to explore certain aspects that even I wasn't aware off. If I speak about the company, it's difficult for any company to grow tremendously within 6 years, but it did. The team grew because the top management listens to their employees and ensure that get a desired environment to deliver exceptional output. They have weekends off and the office time is appropriate. They've a canteen facility with perks like health insurance (it was during my tenure I am not sure about now). Apart from this, they do celebrate festivals and keep their employees engaged in other things other than work, which is essential.
Cons
Every company has few cons, but one should learn to adjust to it. As of me, I didn't see any negative in the company. In fact, they were really helpful to me.
