Pros

Nice people to work with, no work overloads, work-life balance, good management.

Cons

A monitoring system that requires you to stay in front of your laptop for 8 hours even if there are no tasks. No profit sharing. Career growth is pretty harsh and hard here, and mostly will never happen, as if you are good at something, they will fixed you for it.

Pros

The actual work is solid: Role clarity is good and the leadership actually knows where the company is going. My immediate team and manager are supportive. WFH is a lifesaver: Most of us prefer working from home because it’s just a better experience. You can actually focus on your tasks without dealing with the office "vibe" which is currently pretty off. Good Tech/Project Vision: The engineering side and other departments are actually responsive and get things done.

Cons

Recruitment is incredibly rude: From the very first interview, it felt like they were doing me a huge favor by even talking to me. The recruiters sound arrogant and the junior team members who interview you don't seem to know what's going on or how to treat candidates. Unresponsive and Short: If you have a query during the process, good luck getting an answer. You have to follow up five times just to get a response that’s usually short, rude, and honestly feels a bit discriminatory. The "Outsourcing" Vibe: Even though we’re supposed to be a high-end capability center, the recruitment team treats us like we’re just replaceable "resources" in an old-school outsourcing shop. They don't seem to value talent at all. Avoidance Culture: It’s gotten to the point where people are hesitant to even refer friends because the recruitment experience is so bad. They used to at least try to connect with people; now it feels like dealing with a wall.
