Pros

Entrepreneurial place to work, helping clients is good, learn to network.

Cons

Poor local management. False advertising with sales salaries. Often ads read 100K, assuming the market is in an up cycle, you don't have a GM playing favorites, or multiple locations nearby and the demographics that support 5-6 vehicle sales a month, you might hit that number. But doubtful.... Simple interview questions, ask GM to prove the number of vans sold in one year at that location. Divide that by number of sales people. Then calculate $1200 per vehicle (average) and see if you hit your salary target. Most experienced people leave due to no base salary increases accounting for increased experience, you make same as someone with no experience.

Pros

* Great customers and professional services clients. * Constantly changing schedule to accommodate client needs (I consider this a great "Pro Reason" as it meant traveling/driving to all corners of the state of Arizona as well as semi-regular driving trips to Nevada). * Great at making friends with repeat clients.

Cons

Company did not provide necessary business tracking documents (I.E. Profit *& Loss Statements) so that the business could be managed effectively to ensure activities we engaged in with clients were profitable at all levels.

Pros

Depends on who's telling you what the sop that day. No constancy across leadership team

Cons

I stayed 2 long and wasted my life while I made the company money and gave them positive reviews and a improved location brought from the bottom to the highest performance store nation wide. They dont like EGG on there faces when an outsider shows the old management how to sell...they still have egg on there face. ;)
