I had a great boss and co-workers(only the local not the foreigners)

I didnt had salary increase for years until I asked. Their management sucks. Salary is low. Not good for newly grad because they dont have programs for learning and growth.

Flexible working hours and a healthy work–life balance make it easy to stay productive and motivated. Collaboration feels natural, and feedback is always constructive.

Processes can sometimes take a bit longer due to the emphasis on experimentation and iteration, but it’s a fair trade-off for the creative freedom and support the team provides.
