      Pros

      Al comenzar nivelan tu sueldo rápidamente. Trabajo remoto. Horario flexible.

      Cons

      Gran parte del sueldo en negro. No respetan los beneficios que dicen ofrecer. Te quedas estancado luego de un tiempo. No hay capacitaciones y el sistema es de baja calidad a nivel tecnico.

      Pros

      - Good people, PM is pretty chill. - Flexible with off-time (you can always ask them to go out for a couple hours if you need to do something).

      Cons

      - Deadlines are never respected. - The organization of the projects is quite bad, developers can't even keep up properly with their work and are generally cut half-task to add another feature or fix a bug that's not necessarily critical.

      Flexibilidad Sueldo promedio Y no hay más ventajas.

      Cons

      No cumplen con su palabra. El empleo era remoto, ahora es híbrido. No quedan claros los roles. No existe el trabajo en equipo.
