Pros
Great team, no politics, big clientele. Good compensation. Open and flexible work environment. So many new projects are going on, which makes this company a perfect place to sharpen skills, learn new-age technologies & take ownerships. A supporting and encouraging top level management who is actively involved in the development process and help team members to grow to the next level
Cons
Nothing to mention, everything is going good so far! As the operation in India is relatively new, one may find HR processes are not well structured yet. But, the company is putting a lot of efforts to streamline all the processes.
