Pros

No real pros here - some of the people you may encounter are good people but they are not at levels of the company with influence on the toxic business practices

Cons

External VP, sales director and Territory managers rarely stick here because they do not make sure you are the ruthless bandits they want to hire, and when they see you are not they quickly fire you unless you quit from stress first. It is a most toxic place to be, owners see employees and short-term commodities and if there is even a pause in performance out they go. during business downterns that's when the most people get canned - their reaction to normal business trends is to replace all the store people and field managers including VPs and directors and so on. Anyone holding a mid-level position is not free to many any decisions. Even hiring a part-time sales person must be approved by the owners before proceeding. When it comes to VP hiring recently, only folks who fail in actual corporations find themselves working at mobilelink and they bring their failures with them. If you are seeking a career or a mature, mid-level position where professionalism, motivation and proper accountability reside, skip this company. they have nothing to offer you. INTERNAL people, if you are offered a promotion to a mid-level position be aware they will offer you far less money than if you were an outside hire. They will save money promoting you for that difficult job.

Pros

-Decent pay with commission structure -There are some great people in HR, LP, Strategic

Cons

-Most leadership doesn't stick around for more than 6 months. -More than half the stores are put together or problems fixed by unlicensed vendors -Hard to get maintenance issues resolved especially high priority items like heaters & air-conditioning. -Costant "never a good job" mentality even for top performers -Lack of understanding of needs from corporate office to the field -Little or no support for events, even grand openings, paid out of pocket for most. -Often bought supplies for locations due to 3-4 week turn around times. -Reviews after main leadership was eliminated became belittling rather than constructive for growth
