Complete focus on a successful customer deployment. More like a consulting experience than a product sales company. Real team spirit to achieve and deliver means you feel part of a success culture. Laser focused, management work longer hours and lead by example.
Cons
Still growing, moving very fast so hold tight and join in or fall behind. You need to help fix gaps if they appear, don't assume others will do things for you, it is a team effort. Bluntly, minor compared to what has been achieved.
