      Pros

      For me, it was close to home. Also, there are lots of great people (non-upper management) working for the company.

      Cons

      Upper management is unqualified and inexperienced. They place unhealthy and unachievable expectations on their employees. Their Sales Team will do ANYTHING to get a sale/lease, and the companies Operations and Inventory Center pay the ultimate price. Operations and Inventory Center Managers work their people to death!!!

      Pros

      People are friendly and respectful and professional to work with. Every one cares on the job and at the workplace. Best job I have ever had I truly love going to work. The bosses or supervisors are fair and knowledgeable.

      Pros

      Not a micro managing company. Position is remote or hybrid. Incoming calls/leads are easy money.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Company killed its momentum by trying to sell to Mobile Mini (biggest competitor). They don’t want to pay amazing talent (hide behind “public company etc etc” and lost some great people.
